About and contact
Garuda Transport Ltd. is an asset-based refrigerated carrier based in British Columbia, serving Canada and the United States. Our own trailers, our own drivers, no re-brokering.
Two questions before you choose a carrier
Buying transport for food means buying two things at once: the move, and the record of what happened during the move. A shipper choosing between carriers is really asking two questions — who actually moves the freight, and what covers the load when the cold chain does not hold.
Freight crossing the Canada–United States border puts both questions under two regulatory systems at once, and under two sets of expectations about who pays when a receiver refuses a load. Neither question is settled by an adjective.
Contact dispatch
A freight question rarely survives a form. A receiver is holding a load at the door; a shipper wants the record of what happened during a delivery that has already finished; a broker is asking who will actually move the load. Each turns on details that are faster spoken than typed.
So this page is built around a call rather than a queue. The two questions above can be put to a person here, along with the one a form cannot take: what is happening to a shipment now.
